We work with a number of major health insurance providers. Get in touch with your policy details ahead of your consultation and we can confirm whether your cover applies.
There's no fixed length -- some clients find a handful of sessions enough, others prefer ongoing, longer-term support. We'll regularly check in together on how things are progressing.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session, so the time can be offered to another client. Full details are shared when you book.
